To everyone reading this blog. GOOD LUCK......... and thank you for your support. I think this cleanse really thought me to never give up. So I have a confession I ate one half of a twix. Was it worth it? no. At first I felt bad and when I was eating it I didn't even like the taste anymore but because it was not lemonade I ate it. My body responding by sending me to the bathroom but before that I felt heavy and my mood changed. After I went to the bathroom I felt light again and felt better and decided to keep going because I'm no quitter :)

DAY SEVEN
Again, I had cravings but they were not as bad as day 6. I wanted to eat pasta but don't know why...... I think to end a cleanse and gulf down a bowl of pasta wouldn't be good for my body anyway. So I guess that was motivation to keep going. I just love the way I feel light and healthy.
I forgot to mention to all my readers that by day 3 I incorporated fruits into my cleanse. I only eat a small amount but I think it helped me to keep going. I believe before you go into anything you should research and that's what I did I read it was ok to eat fruits because they are easy on your digestive track. I think it's great because I'm still losing weight and I'm not hungry.
I want to take it a step further. I want to do the cleanse for 10 to 14 days then extend it to 30 days but for the remaining days I want to incorporate a small dinner maybe a salad or something plus way more exercising. I will keep on blogging and let you all know how it works for me. I think at this point I'm use not eating but at night I have craving so to solve the problem I want to eat a small meal then I can continue all the way to day 30. I think everyone is different and it's best to find out what work best for YOU.... People will have there opinions but please always listen to your body and do what is best for you

Day SIX
Day six wow. Day six was interesting. At night I got the most intense cravings ever. I wanted to eat so bad. But I didn't let it get the best of me. I had to remember that the end result is really worth it. Plus, I realize I'm not a quitter and decided to keep going. Other than that I had energy and felt great. I may decide to end my cleanse after 10 days instead of 14 I'll decide on the 10th day
